The number is on the page.
Both figures are the price for the scope listed below, not an opening number. Final scope depends on how many services and areas you cover, and it goes in writing before you commit. What will not happen is a price that appears only after a discovery call.
Half price for the first year, because we are new.
Our first five clients get 50% off the monthly fee and 50% off onboarding, including the custom website build. That rate is held for a full year from your start date. After the first five, pricing returns to the standard rate below.
That discount is for the risk of hiring us before we have a client track record. It is not payment for praise. It does not buy a testimonial, your logo, a referral, or permission to name your business or turn the work into a case study. If we ever want any of those we will ask you separately, and you can say no. The discount changes the price — not the scope, your approval rights, or who owns the work. There is no minimum term attached to it either, and the rate does not quietly expire at month three.
One client per trade, per territory. If we take on a roofer in Pottstown, we will not take on another roofer in Pottstown — we will turn the work down and say why. We will not take a second client in your trade inside that radius. Adjacent trades can still overlap on some searches — a roofer and a restoration company both surface for storm damage, and neither owns it. We would rather say that now than have you find it in a report.
Your territory is written into the agreement before you sign, so it is a commitment rather than a promise. It also means the seats are finite: once a trade and area are taken, they are taken.

Monthly page volume is based on the approved service-area priorities and written into the proposal before work begins.
What the one-off fee covers.
Month one is your new website. It is the biggest thing we build, it is covered by this one-time fee, and it is charged once and never repeats. Your first monthly invoice does not arrive until the month after you go live.
Full audit
Your profile, listings, site and analytics, written down properly rather than summarised.

First quarter plan
Three months of work, in order, for you to approve or change.
Pick the one that matches where you are now.
The more expensive plan is not the better plan. It is the right plan for a business with more ground to cover and the capacity to feed it. If you tell us on the walkthrough that you are between the two, we will say which one we would actually start you on.
You need one market done properly.
Wrong plan if: you already work five or six towns, or you have several locations or service lines that each need their own attention. You would outgrow this within months.
You are ready to work the whole area.
Wrong plan if: you are still fixing the basics in one town, or nobody on your side has time to approve work and send photos. Three deliverables a month is wasted if two sit waiting on you.
The things you should know before you sign.
There is no minimum term on either package. Your proposal and agreement set out the exact billing dates, the launch rate and how long it is held, and the scope, before any work is authorised. Onboarding is charged once and covers the custom website build. Completed work and reserved capacity are not refundable, and the agreement says so before you sign.
The ones worth answering out loud.
How long before anything moves?
Foundation work is the fastest to do, and pages and reviews take longer to build up. What that produces, and when, is not ours to predict. We would recommend giving it at least six months — below about three the work has not had time to compound and it is a poor use of your money. We would rather say that now than take it and hope. Anyone giving you a date is guessing.
Why is the price published?
Because withholding it wastes your time and ours. If the number does not work for your business, you should find that out in thirty seconds, not on a second call.
Do I get a new website?
Yes. A new site, custom to your business, built during onboarding and covered by the one-time fee. It is the biggest single thing we produce and month one is when you get it. If you would rather keep the site you have, say so on the walkthrough and we will price it differently.
Who actually does the work?
Your proposal names who owns strategy, production, review, and account communication. Any specialist or subcontracted support is identified before work begins.
Get the scope and the final number in writing.
No call required to see it. We will send the walkthrough and the proposal, and you decide from there.
