1. Scope
This policy applies to the public SignalGro website and the information submitted when someone requests a local search walkthrough or proposal. A signed client agreement may describe additional practices for client accounts, analytics access, reporting, and service delivery.
2. Information collected
SignalGro collects only information relevant to evaluating and responding to an inquiry:
- Contact details, including name, email address, and an optional phone number.
- Business details, including business name, website, trade, and service area.
- Anything included voluntarily in the notes field or later correspondence.
- Standard request data that hosting, security, and form-delivery providers may receive to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device type, requested page, referring page, and request time.
- Website visit data used to estimate the business an anonymous visit came from, described in section 6. This is collected for every visit, not only when a form is submitted.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the proposal form.
3. How information is used
Inquiry information is intended to be used to review the business's current local search presence, prepare a walkthrough or proposal, answer questions, arrange a requested call, maintain the security and reliability of the site, and meet legal obligations.
SignalGro does not intend to add inquiry details to a marketing list without a separate, clear choice.
5. Retention
Inquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Inquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twenty-four months. Records relating to an engagement are kept for the period required for tax and contractual purposes.
6. Visitor identification, cookies, fonts, and browser signals
This site runs a visitor-identification script from Apollo.io. It is used to estimate which business a visit came from, typically from network information such as IP address, so SignalGro can tell whether the businesses it is talking to are reading the site. It is configured for business-level identification only. It is not configured to identify individual visitors by name, and SignalGro does not use it to build advertising profiles.
The script runs on every page and loads before the page renders, so a visit is recorded whether or not a form is ever submitted. Visit data is processed by Apollo.io under its own privacy terms in addition to this policy.
The site sets no advertising cookies. It loads web fonts from Google, so a visitor's browser connects to Google to retrieve those files. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps request logs to deliver and protect it.
SignalGro does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so browser signals such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control do not currently change the site's behavior. A visitor who prefers not to be identified this way can block the Apollo.io script with a tracker-blocking extension or browser setting; the site works normally without it. Anyone who wants their visit information removed can ask at the address above.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on where a visitor lives and which laws apply, they may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information. SignalGro may need to verify the requester before acting and may retain information where permitted or required by law.
Requests can be sent to info@signalgro.com, or through the contact page with “privacy request” in the notes. We respond to verified requests within the period the applicable law allows.
8. Security
SignalGro intends to use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information collected. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so the final operating process must also limit collection, restrict access, select providers carefully, and dispose of information when it is no longer needed.
9. Children's privacy
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and SignalGro does not knowingly seek personal information from them. If the owner learns that such information was submitted, it should be deleted as required by applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
Material changes are explained on this page and the effective date above is updated. If a change materially affects information already collected, additional notice or consent may be required depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
11. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to info@signalgro.com, by post to SignalGro LLC, 342 W Ridge Pike, Limerick, PA, or through the SignalGro contact page.
