1. Status and acceptance
Using the SignalGro website indicates acceptance of these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.
2. Website use
The website provides general information about SignalGro's local SEO services, process, reporting approach, starting prices, and proposal workflow. Site content is informational and is not legal, accounting, tax, financial, or other professional advice.
Visitors are responsible for deciding whether the information is suitable for their business and for confirming important decisions in a written agreement.
3. Proposals and paid services
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, require either party to proceed, or guarantee that SignalGro can accept the work. A client relationship begins only after the parties approve a written proposal or service agreement and satisfy any stated onboarding requirements.
Published prices are starting points, not binding quotes. Final scope, fees, payment timing, term, cancellation rights, deliverables, account ownership, and team responsibilities must appear in the applicable proposal or agreement.
4. Results, estimates, and third-party platforms
Search visibility and business outcomes vary by market, competition, website condition, client participation, platform changes, and other factors outside SignalGro's control. Website examples, sample reports, schedules, and descriptions are illustrative unless expressly identified as client-specific and verified.
SignalGro does not guarantee rankings, traffic, calls, leads, revenue, or continued availability of any search engine, business-profile platform, analytics service, or other third-party system.
5. Acceptable conduct
Visitors may use the site only for lawful purposes. They must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, submit malicious code, scrape it in a way that degrades service, impersonate another person or business, send unlawful or abusive material, or use the proposal form for spam.
6. Content and intellectual property
The site design, copy, graphics, brand elements, and other materials are owned by or licensed to SignalGro unless stated otherwise. Visitors may view and print reasonable portions for their internal evaluation, but may not republish, sell, remove attribution from, or create misleading derivative uses of the materials without written permission.
Ownership of client materials and work product must be addressed in the applicable service agreement.
7. Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services such as hosting, fonts, form delivery, email, search platforms, and analytics tools. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. SignalGro is not responsible for a third party's independent service, content, availability, or security.
8. Website disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its general information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing here excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalGro LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to use of this public website. Its total aggregate liability arising from use of the website will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and they do not affect any rights a consumer may have that cannot be waived.
Liability connected to paid services is governed by the signed proposal and service agreement, not by these website terms.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from use of this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
